Flotation Device Left Behind

Reinforce my purpose with another, while standing with an err to matter. Silly string covers me like colorful tentacles flapping in the wind. The backwash of guilt floating to the top. Shoulder to shadow our feet jump. Is there room or does the consciousness need to vacate. My head feeling like loose change in a springless sofa left for anyone to salvage and profit. It’s time to pay, walk the plank of broken hearts. You should be and are familiar with being trampled, split, and stomped. Whatever dignity remains is balanced at the edge. Dive into the shallows of this world’s undertow.  The other savages await treading in life’s muck and seaweed.
